Dr. Sara Hart is a lifelong advocate for social change and an inspirational, motivating speaker. She is passionate about Prime Spark. Sara founded Hartcom, a consulting company, over 20 years ago, focusing on leadership development, coaching, and team building. Prior to this, she worked for 20 years as head of learning and development at a Fortune 100 company. She coaches women who are looking to find “what’s next?” for them as they continue to learn and grow and make a difference, and who value the support of a coach and a like-minded community. Having gone through her own major midlife transition, Sara is uniquely qualified to help other women do the same. She lives in Los Altos, CA with her cat, Mr. Bu.
