About Me
For over 25 years, I have led globally distributed software engineering and cybersecurity teams. Most recently, I was the Software CTO and a part of Executive Leadership for a $1.2B revenue Danaher group company.
Leading and managing global teams ignited my passion for empowering others. That is why I got interested in coaching and in 2013, I attended a 2 day masterclass taught in person by THE Marshall Goldsmith at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad. Since then, I have enabled VPs, Directors, and high-potential individuals across R&D, IT, Marketing and Services to be more effective in their roles and chart out their dream career path.
