About Me

Mindfulness practice and experiencing both success and failure while learning life lessons, has given me an opportunity to expand my A-type, multi-tasking entrepreneur, nonprofit and corporate consultant background with a balanced life, deeper listening and insatiable curiosity. Travels throughout the world, interviewing individuals going through transition, heading up projects serving women entrepreneurs, women healing from domestic violence, adults with autism, the LGBTQ community, nonprofit leaders and corporate teams keeps my thinking fresh. As a graduate of the Mindfulness Coaching School, International Coaching Federation Accredited, a Masters in Sociology/Human Behavior, a mom, grandmother, wife and most often fun human who values clarity, confidentiality, forward movement and increasing moments of joy in life. It's a privilege to work with each of my clients and a true partnership for growth, change and happiness.
