I received my Life Coach training and PCC certification from the International Coaching Academy. ICA is an accredited coaching school approved by ICF, the International
Coaching Federation.

I've been coaching for 1 0years and own Embrace New Heights Coaching Service. After taking the one year certification program through ICA, I found that the certification education I received combined with my intuitive and caring personality and life experiences really put the puzzle together of what I can offer others as a Life Coach.
My approach is casual and committed. I'm dedicated to your well being. I allow YOU to search and find your own solutions. You will find that by answering powerful questions and searching internally for answers, more options and various different perspectives come to light. You will be amazed at how quickly you will move forward to a new place or a new intention.

My expertise is asking the right questions, actively listening and intuitively allowing you to shift your thoughts into your own solutions. Keep in mind, my coaching ability is only as successful as your client commitment. Most importantly, sessions are confidential.

The key to a client's success is their willingness to be coached, be open, be truthful in all aspects and know that, as their coach, I am here to support them entirely. A coach is non-judgmental resulting in a refreshing and complete relationship where the client and coach come together as a team.
Sessions are held in 45 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute time periods. All sessions are on the phone. Many clients find that over the phone sessions are much more productive and convenient.
