About Me

Sandra is a passionate speaker and coach focused on connecting people to their inner strength and personal power. She has an international coaching practice based in San Francisco and offers 1:1 life coaching, group programs, speaking, and retreats. Her ideal clients are change makers and part of her calling is to set them free from their self-imposed limitations to go do the important work they have to do in the world.

Sandra received her Bachelor's degree from UCLA and her coaching and leadership training from CTI. When she's not working, which she claims feels more like playing, she is stubbornly designing her lifestyle to include more of the things that make her feel alive, like traveling, dancing, speaking foreign languages, reading, adventure, water, laughter, and lots of fresh air.
