About Me

Sandesha is a highly intuitive empath, spiritually awakened healer and coach. Her greatest joy is to help others in their quest to live happier, healthier and more connected lives. 
Sandesha has made numerous trips to India to study meditation, holistic light acupuncture, acupressure, energy work, Ayurvedic principles and the practices of holistic living.
While in India Sandesha had a near death experience that amplified her empathic and medial qualities. Her coaching and teaching is strongly rooted in this deep experience of who we truly are, Love. This devine source energy of love is connecting us all, it is our innate wisdom, it is who we truly are. 
Sandesha as an empath has the ability to apprehend the mental or emotional state of another individual. She will guide you back to yourself to find your truth, your answers, your happy place.
