About Me

I have always been a people person and always establish an easy connection which people would open up telling me personal stories and asking for advices.

From this I decided to have a professional training to become a Health and life coach, to help people change their habits, uncover their traumas to improve their lives. Most of the people are not able to see what is holding them back, with a series of excercise we are to start identifiying them.
