About Me
Since becoming a professional coach in July 2016, I've had the privilege of coaching clients through various challenges, including refining personal identity, advancing careers, healing relationships, overcoming limiting beliefs, and eliminating self-sabotaging habits. With all of that said, I'll never proclaim that I've got it all together because honestly… who does? And where’s the fun if there’s not a little bit of adventure?
In the coaching space, I hold an ACC Credential from the International Coaching Federation, the leading authority on life coaching worldwide. I also own multiple certifications that are both ICF and non-ICF-Accredited, which have only deepened my understanding, expertise, and love for coaching. On top of being a coach myself, I'm Facilitator through the Certified Life Coach Institute, an ICF-accredited school responsible for the training & certification of aspiring life coaches. I've had interviews and talks about life coaching published in Authority Magazine and Mindbodygreen, and I am always seeking more opportunities to speak on leadership and coaching as I pursue my PCC.
My approach integrates proven executive coaching models, my proprietary Project S.C.A.L.E.™ framework, validated assessments, and the often-underestimated power of shutting up and listening. Through these, I partner with leaders to craft sustainable strategies that maximize their impact, strengthen relationships, and enhance organizational performance. Samuel is a fantastic coach who helped me achieve and hold myself accountable for my goals, mindset and beliefs. Working together with Sam's Integrative Clarity Coaching (ICC) has been a journey. One that began with the intention of bringing about positive change. Especially during a challenging period of my life. Sam attunes himself to the needs and wants of his clients. The standout traits of his approach are empathy, compassion, and patience, with a style of realistic optimism. These attributes are key. Which has allowed myself to fail forward gracefully throughout our work. Though at the end of the day, coaching - like many other things - is what you make of it. The more you put in is how much you will likely get out. That being said, Sam truly does go above and beyond for his clients, while ensuring to go at a pace that suits that person. Sam and I have made a lot of progress, with much more yet to come. It hasn't always been a smooth or pleasant ride so to speak. There have been confusing, frustrating, and even painful moments. He's been there every step of the way. Whether it be in-person, Zoom call, email, communication via the ICC website, and so on. The resources provided, guidance, and skill with Sam's coaching, has been instrumental in tapping into latent potential. It's worth noting Sam and I have known each other personally for some time. You would be forgiven in thinking this might somehow impact coaching or vice versa. I'm happy to say this couldn't be further from the truth. Our friendship has remained as strong as ever, while simultaneously maintaining a high degree of professionalism. One thing that I can't help but mention is this. Every so often Sam will notice I hold my breath. A tendency of mine that accompanies overthinking and times of emotional strife. He will make sure to remind me to breathe. That thing. This was my first time utilizing a life coach and it has been an amazing experience! The exercises and tools that I was given to help manage my time and emotions helped tremendously and created much needed structure! Sam also prompted me to challenge my assumptions and furthermore to discover the root of my assumptions. Knowing this also brought on a clear definition of my priorities, accountability and my emotions. All the while never once making me feel like my emotions were in any way invalid.
