About Me

I am a career coach, with 15 years of experience being directly responsible for the career growth and livelihoods of hundreds of people at the Manager, Senior Manager and Director levels. I have also been coached by some of the worlds brightest minds, including the investors in Facebook, Dropbox and Uber, and professors at INSEAD where I completed my MBA. As the former C-level of a US$100M company, I combine practical knowledge on how to accelerate your career with an approach to self-development that I have materialized from years of observing what has and hasn't worked across hundreds of individual cases.

Unfortunately however, this fullness is not realized in its complete potential by the majority of human beings because it is something that needs to be experienced and sought after consciously. The good news is that there is a compass within each of us that constantly pulsates towards this fullness whenever you go astray and guides us towards re-alignment.
