About Me

My purpose is to empower you on your path to a better life! I have the education, work experience, and proven tools to create a growth environment that is both safe and results driven. I work closely with my clients to identify goals for their future and generate action plans to meet those goals! I offer general life and wellness coaching, but my area of experience targets those that are overcoming major life obstacles that are ready to move forward and need support in moving toward the life they desire!
My Coaching Philosophy:
My philosophy on coaching is: "break it down, build it up," This means I get to the core of your goals. I want to know WHY about everything! I use the socratic method of information gathering. It is not until you understand your WHY that you can really appreciate your HOW.
My Credentials:
I hold a Master's Degree in Public Administration from The University of North Texas, a Bachelors Degree in Management from Texas A&M University, and am a Certified Professional Coach from an ICF accredited institution. I also own a business in Esthetics and maintain a blog on Mental Health and Wellness. Prior to venturing into Entrepreneurship, I help various progressive roles at two fortune 100 companies and one of the top credit rating agencies.
