About Me

I'm a transformation leader, risk management professional, experienced mentor, sponsor and coach-in-training with The Coaching Academy. I've designed strategies and built and led high performing teams that deliver complex change in my ~20 year career, and coached many people on their career transitions and promotions. I'm an ex-McKinsey consultant, a veteran cat herder and fixer who has worked in the CEO's Office and Chief of Staff roles in global banks, and I believe in empowering people to perform their best. I'm a certified DISC practitioner, hold an MBA (with distinction) from London Business School and a degree in English from Cambridge. I'm also an occasionally frazzled mom, and camera-woman / audition partner to actor husband Nick.

I believe that successful change is self directed, but a bit of help to empower the change is sometimes needed to create the momentum to see it through. My offering is unique because unlike many coaches who have come from HR / people development backgrounds, I've been there in the trenches, done the hard work, and climbed the ranks into leadership roles, all as an ethnic and gender minority in the industry. I know how painful it is to manage difficult stakeholders while striving for work life balance, and how frustrating it is to feel trapped in roles you can't seem to find a way out of. I also know how rewarding it can be when things do go well and you finally succeed in your personal / business transformation.

Although I'm based in London, I was born and raised in Singapore and offer virtual coaching services globally.
