About Me

I am a certified holistic health coach, blending the seen and unseen, the scientific and the spiritual, the practical with the mystical, to help clients find healing with their mind, body, and soul.

​Through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), my degree in Psychology with a focus on drug and alcohol addiction counseling, my experience in Clinical Psychology, I blend my practical knowledge with spirituality, ritual, embodiment, and going within. I am not a healer, but rather, I am the catalyst that will help you ground and access your innate wisdom as we embark on your healing journey together.

A coaching session with me may incorporate embodiment techniques, guided meditation, listening and learning from each other (as we are both partners on this journey), meeting inner archetypes, assessing attachment styles, utilizing mindfulness, assessing health and lifestyle, incorporating mental health tools, and much more!

As your coach, I will be there to help identify blockages, hold you accountable, aid in creative solutions, and help create space for you to be in alignment mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
