Since 2008, I have provided one-on-one coaching and consulting services to individual managers, work teams and to business owners and CEOs through my TEC Group to deal with the challenges they face.

A native of the Chicago area, I came to Wisconsin in late 1997 to run a manufacturing operation near Madison
.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in the design, manufacturing and marketing of engineered products including equipment for railroads, bus and rail transit vehicles, disposable medical products, electronic parts, durable consumer products, residential construction equipment, and pumps and controls for fueling autos and trucks. I have served as President and CEO of three organizations. I became a business coach and consultant in 2004 and a TEC Group Chairman in 2008.

​I hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, which I received with Highest Distinction, an MS from Stanford University in Engineering Mechanics and an MBA from the Harvard Business School with a concentration in manufacturing.
