Salma is my inspiration. Her calm demeanor associated with a very extensive experience in the corporate world and life in general have been my savior during a transitional period in my life. She assisted me to look ar things from a different perspective and be more practical about what I do in life. She has that amazing balance of diplomacy and precision. I recommend her for anyone aiming to develop their work and life skills, she is one of a kind.

Coaching sessions with Salma could not have come at a better time (during the Covid-19 pandemic) which provided the space and time for reflection and reassessment for many of us. The sessions were very relaxed and honest and involved a lot of listening and introspection. Salma was very keen on ensuring the sessions ended on a high note , leaving you with plenty of food for thought and good vibes.

I was in a very dark place when I had my first session with Salma. From the beginning of our conversation, she was able to create a safe environment for me to feel comfortable and speak about my issues. She listened intently without judgement and slowly pealed the onion bit by bit without me noticing. Her vast experience made it easier to relate to some of my issues and I felt connected with her as she gave examples of her own stories and how she was able to handle them and reach success. I enjoyed all the homework she gave me and discussing the results with her made me discover things about myself that I had completely forgotten. Every session with her, I would rise a little higher from the ashes of the negativity that I had put myself in and finally reaching the point of being proud of my authentic self. Her gentle and reassuring voice, her wisdom, her strategic thinking and her ability to inspire you even at your darkest moments are epic. I'm so lucky to have had these sessions and I'm forever grateful to have her as my Coach. Highly recommended Coach; whether you're stuck in a miserable job, bad Boss, single and lonely, married with issues or life just feels too much, my recommendation will always be "Call Salma".

My two coaching sessions have been very successful enjoyable, and defiantly enlightening. Through the conversation and the right questions from my coach I realized some behaviors that I had not understood before. I had moments that were very eye opening and enlightening. I love the feeling that I partially understand why I act a certain way. I now ask my self if I still want to this task? Is it serving me? Am I happy doing it? Can i do it differently? Through only one session I was able to take a decision that has been hanging for the past few years due to boundaries that I had unconsciously set for myself. The sessions are very enjoyable, I even consider it as my first steps towards taking time off for myself. I am defiantly looking forward to more session!

After initially feeling nervous due to this being the first time I participate in a session of this sort, my coaching sessions were overwhelmingly positive and had an instant effect on how I approach things now. Coaching has taken me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to face some of my personal struggles. Coaching is not a one day fix, but more on a life time behavior that I am willing to adapt to due to its positive impact on my life. I was able to be completely honest and comfortable with my coach due to the fact that she was able to make me trust her knowledge and credibility as she skillfully built the special rapport which is the foundation of coaching relationships. Salma was not telling me what to do or how to handle my issues, rather she was listening to me, using positive words, and asking me what does success in the discussed matter look like. To sum it up in a sentence, its a totally life changing experience.

I highly recommend coach Salma as a life and career coach. I had 3 sessions with her in a space of two months, in our work together focusing on career transition, she provided exceptional value in her ability to assess situations quickly and offered concrete tools, processes and plans of action to enable successful growth, change and resilience.
