With over two decades of experience in Financial Services and having navigated deep personal loss, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice. My journey has equipped me to help clients excel in all areas of their lives. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and teams across various industries and life stages, guiding them through complex challenges and empowering them to achieve peak performance.
As a qualified Enneagram Practitioner, I leverage this powerful framework to help you understand yourself and others on a deeper level. At first I was skeptical of seeing a life coach, presuming that I would be bombarded with tasks and goals to accomplish at a fast pace. But I found Sally to be a gentle voice of encouragement, helping me to first identify areas I wanted to improve on then skillfully shifting me towards a better way of thinking which resulted in a fuller way of living and achieving more out of life.
