About Me
I work with professionals and leaders who are navigating career transitions or aiming for their next promotion, and want to make the right move with clarity and confidence.
Most of my clients are capable, experienced and performing well, but feel stuck, overlooked or unsure about their next step. Some are actively applying for roles without traction. Others are waiting for a promotion that is not materialising. Many are second-guessing decisions and don’t want to risk making the wrong move.
My approach is different from traditional career coaching.
Instead of focusing only on tactics, I focus on how you think, decide and position yourself. Using a neuroscience-based approach, I help you cut through uncertainty, define the right direction and communicate your value clearly.
We work on three core areas: clarity, positioning and execution.

My background includes 20+ years in B2B tech, progressing from individual contributor to C-suite and scaling companies through high-growth phases. I’ve personally navigated multiple career transitions across countries and roles, and built a repeatable system that I now use in my coaching.
Clients typically come to me when they know they are capable of more but are not seeing the results they expect.
