About Me
I have a passion for empowering leaders to optimize personal and professional growth. I help reshape the narratives that influence limiting mindsets. If you are a leader looking to be more impactful, overcome roadblocks, and grow stronger, together we will explore challenges, process experiences, and gain outside insights to get you to the next step in your journey.
With over 14 years as an entrepreneur, business owner, and award-winning filmmaker, I recognize the transformative power of a well-crafted narrative. I’m excited to bring that narrative perspective to coaching – coaching that delves into the stories we tell ourselves. Understanding our story and what makes us tick is the key to unlocking, not only your personal and professional growth, but to uncover and reshape the narratives holding us back.
From multi-award winning documentaries, to leading volunteer mission teams through third-world countries, I’ve refined my ability to communicate and collaborate across cultures and divides, and I am passionate about pursuing and encouraging growth and new challenges. First as a small business owner, and then a director, producer, and team leader, I’ve walked the challenging road with my own mistakes and failures, and through my experiences I’ve come to understand the impact and power of someone walking alongside you in key moments, and I have a passion to walk alongside others and help the vision for their life become a reality.
In our coaching sessions, there are no cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, I listen and ask questions, and bring a wide range of structures and strategies that we can uniquely apply to your life. I am excited to bring a unique blend of passion, storytelling expertise, and global perspective to your personal and professional development.

When I first started working with Sadie my life was a mess. I had walked through a significant trauma and was at the end of myself in many ways. I was desperate for help and was immensely grateful when I found her. She has a deeply compassionate approach to coaching that immediately made me feel safe and welcomed. Over time and after many conversations, Sadie was able to help me see the importance of what it means to live a wholistic embodied life. One that integrates all parts of me - mind, body, heart and soul. One of the ways she did this was by encouraging movement through exercise. She suggested finding a source of exercise that I enjoy engaging in. I started doing yoga a year ago per her suggestion and have seen the effects it has on my overall well being. I have more body awareness, strength and confidence. She would speak to how movement also helps our minds process things. And as Ive added more movement to my days Ive experienced that to be true. Sadie was able to enter into the deep waters of my story but also encouraged levity and fun. She gave me space to feel and be felt which helped me to believe that I am worthy of good care. She also would celebrate when I chose to do something fun like go dancing or treat myself to some Chick-fil-A. One of our most transformative conversations (and trust me there have been many) was on the topic of head and heart connection. We talked about what it means to allow our minds to be transformed by our hearts and the upside down nature of that practice. She helped me see that a healthy mind actually starts with the body and our emotions. A bottom up approach rather than top down. That when we incorporate movement, breathing, meditation, healthy eating, (or whatever our body might need!) our minds will become more integrated and whole. Sadie is able to weave her story and experiences in such a way that makes me feel like Im not alone in my struggles. Her voice and unique insight offers perspective that wouldnt otherwise be seen. She is able to speak truth with both boldness and integrity. Choosing her as your coach is a choice to allow your life to be transformed and changed for the better.

Sadie is a fantastic coach who really takes the time to understand you and the professional stage you are at. She is great at listening and making very astute and relevant observations that you can then apply to real world scenarios. I very much enjoyed my time with Sadie, and came away much better equipped to tackle the next stage of my career!
