About Me

I am a UK licensed practitioner of integrated NLP, hypnotherapy & life coaching complimented with 18+ years of diverse professional corporate and consulting experience across a range of industry sectors in the UK, UAE & wider Middle East region, Only a few years ago having gone through a rocky ride and numerous transitions in life I t was fortunate enough to be guided by expert practitioners and spiritualists. The results were immediate and that is when I recognised the value it brought to my overall well-being. My driving force was the commitment to change for the better and my approach was outcome driven, goal oriented. I did all that was needed to be done to overcome my barriers, unlock my potential and become the confident successful person I am today. I learnt to live the hard way but my passion now is to make it easier for others in similar situations.
I have worked with youth struggling to find direction. I have worked with couple and individuals facing relationship issues and also helped individuals that are struggling to hold fort. My philosophy is to work together to identify where we want to be and get there.
