Dr. Ryan Schuler, a U.S. Army Reserve veteran, is the driving force behind Bald Eagle Coaching LLC. With a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field.  

As a Board-Certified Coach (BCC), Dr. Schuler is passionate about empowering veterans and organizations to reach their full potential. His expertise lies in leadership development, career readiness, and workforce optimization, honed through years of experience in various sectors.
