There's always a much larger network of people counting on us than we know. Our energy and actions, or lack thereof, have a ripple effect that spans several degrees beyond us. To keep sharp so that I can better serve more people, I've learned I need to invest in myself on a daily basis.

It's not so much the tactics we need to improve, it's the underlying mindset that needs to change. We need to become aware of our subconscious limiting beliefs that set up our self-sabotage and drain our energy and confidence.
