About Me

I am a performance improvement coach focusing on individuals and groups looking to improve their sales, customer service, and leadership skills.
Since 1998 I have been training, facilitating, and coaching leaders and front-line employees. I have supported more than 20,000 clients in more than 30 countries and four continents. I worked across many industries such as automotive (Ford, Jaguar Landrover, Porsche, etc.), fashion design, law firms, and real estate to increase their sales numbers and customer satisfaction ratings.

Having had success in the Middle East and Africa, I now have expanded to support clients across North America.
I work with my clients to achieve their targets and objectives by starting with the end in mind, articulating their motivators and obstacles, designing their plans, and strategically implementing them.
Following this process, clients have increased their sales figures by up to 12% in three months and eliminated employee-related complaints leading to above 98% customer satisfaction ratings.
