About Me

Ruchi is an Associate Certified Coach certified by the International Coach Federation focusing on and Executive Coaching, Professional Development and Career Coaching with Leadership Development.

Ruchi is also a lawyer by profession having practiced in India and in Hong Kong. While she enjoyed law, she had a deep sense to do something more meaningful, helping people more directly and driving towards that passion, she decided to embark on the journey of becoming a Coach.

Her main objective is to help clients move forward, find fulfilment and success in all the roles they play. Guiding individuals through a transition is part of this process, making them feel empowered and accomplished. Her coaching style is result-oriented, ensuring clients experience a paradigm shift that allows them to achieve results in their professional and personal lives. She guides clients on a journey of self-discovery, powerful action planning to leverage strengths and address developmental gaps. She provides her clients the impetus and inspiration to take action. Ruchi uses powerful coaching tools and methods to create awareness and help clients deliver results more effectively taking them to the next level.

Ruchi believes in making a difference and in awakening possibilities in people’s lives. She believes in unleashing the human potential, allowing individuals to be the best that they can. She is determined to help people live their lives courageously and passionately. It is this belief and commitment that keeps her motivated and was a big reason in her switching from being a Lawyer to a Coach.

Her training as a lawyer and her years of practice have helped her along this journey – understanding of clients and behaviour, ability to break down large issues into their smaller constituents as well as attention to detail with a time bound focus to see results achieved.
