About Me

My Coaching / Mentorship Philosophy:
I believe in positivity over everything else. If you can't be positive then you can't move forward and I like to find the positive ways in things even when all hope seems lost. Positive energy and mindsets will lead to more successes than failures. 'Do today what others won't, so tomorrow you can do what they can't' are truly words to live by. I enjoy a collaborative approach with clients. Dictation is no form of learning. It should always feel like a conversation.

Educational Background:
Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling (Life Coaching Cognate) from Liberty University in 2017
Honors Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2016

Experience:
I spent the better part of seven years working at a correctional facility where I would create, build and maintain professional rapports with offenders in conflict with the law. These relationships of trust mainly revolved around life choices and how to empower clients with confidence, knowledge and skills to successfully reintegrate back into society. I've spent four seasons coaching tackle football, not only developing the skill of players but also readying them for life challenges beyond sports in general.

Personal:
Introverted at heart, I care about my family, friends and community. I specifically enjoy football, video games, podcasts, nature, creative writing and most importantly, sleeping.
