I've been working as a coach for over 6 years. Trained at the University of Western England (UWE) to achieve my Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching. I have also completed Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.

"I’ve got to admit I was sceptical at first. However due to feeling stuck for a while I needed to do something about it. After being recommended by a friend Ross offered me a free introductory 20 minute session so I could get to know if this was going to be valuable to me. After 15 minutes I asked for a full session. We spent just over an hour together. I came to a realisation that several things were holding me back. We worked through several issues and came up with very manageable and meaningful actions. I’ve got to admit I felt empowered afterwards. A motivation I haven’t had for some time. I’m looking forward to another session with him. One thing worth adding though is that this process isn’t easy. He gets you working hard and makes you face some difficult and challenging thinking. If you generally want to improve in your career he will set you on the journey I’m sure. As cheesy as it might sound I’m a coaching cynic turned into a coaching supporter".
