About Me

I am a 7x serial entrepreneur who've worked in 15 organisations, 12 industries, 7 cities, and 4 countries; from multi-nationals to private to government to SME to non-profit to higher-education.

Through it all I've been blessed to work with a rich diversity of personalities and nationalities, and I've come to recognise that whilst we share a common humanity, we are also vibrantly unique individuals.

This means that whilst the coaching journey that every client experiences is highly personalised, the thread that weaves every coaching journey together is my commitment to connect with you as a human-being and not try to categorise or pigeon-hole you.

My coaching style can therefore be described as follows.

1. Intuitive - Mastery of the law is achieved when a practitioner can harmoniously marry the letter and the spirit of the law. So too I believe is the case with coaching. Only when intuition and frameworks can dance together do I believe will this coaching journey be one that is deeply transformational for you.

2. Joyful - I believe the ability to hold lightly the challenges at hand goes a long way towards allowing powerful insights to emerge. I am known to journey alongside my clients across vast landscapes of emotions, and ultimately facilitate their ability to welcome and engage with these emotions instead of being an unknowing prisoner.

3. Embodied - Deep learning transcends cognitive understanding as knowledge is in part encoded in the physical body. This is why I am intentional in helping you become aware of the wisdom and insight that your body offers.

4. Structured - I invest attention to ensure that you are sufficiently supported in terms of forms, frameworks and processes to free up your energy to focus on the more critical aspects of introspection and chance.

5. Transformative - In its essence, change is transformative only if it lasts. And this is what my coachees experience.
