I'm an International Coaching Federation certified Online Toxic Relationship Recovery Coach, offering sessions mainly online and by phone, but also face-to-face in Bridport, Dorset, and Honiton, Devon.

Sessions are tailored to you. I am experienced working with clients from a range of backgrounds, including those with ADHD and autism.

The Toxic Relationship Recovery Programme

This transformative programme combines trauma-healing methods, counselling, and somatic techniques.

As a result you will:
- Build rock solid confidence and self-esteem.
- Heal deeply from past emotional traumas.
- Establish healthy boundaries and communication so you can have a healthy loving relationship.

What's included?
- 10 one-hour one-to-one sessions tailored to your pace.
- In between session messaging support.
- Worksheets, handouts, and personalised grounding exercises.

Therapies used include Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, counselling approaches such as transactional analysis and attachment theory, cognitive behavioural therapy and neuro-linguistic programming.
