About Me

As a business coach Rosario brings with him his vast experience from working with diverse teams and clients across SME & Large Corporate / MNC’s segment (Horizontal), Industry (Vertical) and Organisation department (Cross functional) knowhow. In his last role as a Country Manager for logistics Franchising company he had the opportunity to work with various Entrepreneurs and understand their challenges and aspirations very closely. Having worked with various Multinational organisations he is well travelled Nationally and Internationally (One of his passion) and is well exposed to various cultures.

Rosario is trained and certified by Erickson Coaching International, Canada as per ICF’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) standards and is currently pursuing his Associate Certified Coach credential from International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is an active member of ICF as well as the Mumbai ICF Chapter.

Key Qualification & Experience

Rosario has been associated with logistics industries for large part of his career and has worked with organisations like FedEx, Maersk and DHL. He was the Regional Sales Head with DHL before joining Maersk where he led their Key Account Sales as General Manager for India and Srilanka. In his last role as the Country Manager with InXpress, a global logistics franchising company, he rebuilt the organisation presence in India from scratch and placed it on a strong growth trajectory at the time of moving on to follow his own dream.
