About Me
You're smart. You're capable. So why does everything feel this hard?
You've tried planners, apps, reminders, and the usual advice to "just focus" or "be more disciplined." But the clutter keeps growing, deadlines keep slipping, and even simple tasks can feel overwhelming. You may struggle with procrastination, time blindness, disorganization, emotional overwhelm, impulsivity, or following through, even when you care deeply.
Maybe you've just been diagnosed with ADHD. Or maybe you've known for years and are tired of trying strategies that don't stick. Either way, you're exhausted from fighting your brain instead of working with it.
I get it. I have ADHD too.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 17 years in corporate leadership, earning dual MBAs, managing complex projects, and privately struggling with executive dysfunction, emotional dysregulation, procrastination, and the constant feeling that I was underperforming despite working incredibly hard. When I stopped trying to force myself to function like everyone else and started using ADHD-friendly systems, everything changed.
That's the work I do with clients now.
I help adults and professionals with ADHD build practical structure around time management, planning, prioritization, accountability, emotional regulation, routines, and follow-through. My coaching is strengths-based, practical, and compassionate, blending neuroscience-informed ADHD coaching, executive-function strategy, and trauma-aware support.
I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and PAAC Certified ADHD Coach. I left the corporate world in 2019 to co-found Heal and Thrive Psychotherapy and Coaching with Dr. Mahsa Hojat-Khoshniyat.
You don't need more shame. You need the right tools, the right structure, and someone who understands how ADHD actually works.
If you're ready to stop fighting your brain and start working with it, let's talk.

Before I found Heal and Thrive, I was just starting to enter the workforce after graduating and struggling with time management, organization, and routines. Every professional working with Heal and Thrive also has ADHD, which made me feel understood. My coach Katie is great at making things fun and engaging, like encouraging me to watch a movie while folding laundry! She helps guide conversations and keep me focused. I havent had any complaints about working with her. Heal & Thrive is an organization that helps people with ADHD find practical ways, strategies, systems, and routines to make life easier. Everyone I've encountered has been understanding, empathetic, and good at celebrating accomplishments. I would recommend Heal and Thrive Psychotherapy and Coaching to friends, as there's nothing wrong with needing help! Sometimes all it takes is having some accountability or someone to help you problem-solve.

The community of help and support that was given to me as a client was spectacular through out the years,. They were always so kind to me and really understood how to work with me and my goals and needs. I highly recommend them to provide a safe and fun environment for me and i truly believe that other that go to them feel the same!

Currently working with Rooz on better managing ADHD life struggles. It's only been a month, but we're making progress that I'm happy with. Totally worth the investment. Rooz is kind, funny and personable, while keeping it real; he's an easy coach to work with.

He is my first coach and I was very nervous on what to expect in the beginning but he made me feel very comfortable. He listens very well and challenges you to self reflect for answers instead of just giving them to you. I always feel comfortable discussing anything I want with him and hes very open to making sure you are satisfied with what the session has to offer.
