About Me

I bring 20 years of progressive human resources experience in the private and public sector in companies ranging in size from 50 to 6,000 employees. I, also, have experience helping build and take a company public on NASDAQ. I have held positions from HR Officer to Senior HR Director. In those positions, I provided leadership coaching and management consulting.

Education
Bachelors in Social Science, MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources. I have my Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University. I'm a certified coach through Coach Training Alliance (CTACC), an ICF accredited coaching program.
