Just to tell you a bit about me. Ronald K.M. Williams-Garcia is an Executive Coach, a Psychotherapist, an Attorney, a Mediator/Facilitator, and Parent Coordinator . He is a Certified Anger Management Facilitator and has completed focused coach training with MentorCoach LLC. He is presently training with Cinergy® Conflict Coaching.

Ron is a Family Therapist, for over a decade, and holds a Master in Divinity degree in Pastoral Counseling. He is an Attorney and he holds the Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. He has worked in the highest levels of government, with families, and with several major corporate clients. Lastly, Ron is an active member of Toastmasters International.

Ron uses an eclectic approach towards coaching premised largely upon principles of Positive Psychology.

Ron has completed training at the Peacemaker University. A major Christian organization dedicated towards Biblical based conflict resolution.

Ron is an ordained minister in the Southern Baptist Convention. He is also an endorsed Chaplain, North American Mission Board (SBC).

Ron is a disabled veteran of the United States Air Force. He is now an active member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
