About Me

I am a development leader enabling leaders and communities especially the vulnerable ones for inclusive progress and sustainable development. I am passionate about operational excellence and leadership. I am a nimble thinker and would always pursue the most appropriate and creative solutions if not, the best possible alternative.

I have served in different fields at different capacities both in business and non-profit. I was a business transformation COACH for five years and have led collaborations (business transformation projects) with major companies in Southeast Asia and mainly in the Philippines. The industries I had these projects included Energy, Port Operation, Construction& Dev't, Manufacturing, Retail Stores, Distribution of High Value Goods and Professional Services.

Also, I have taken roles as an Investment Management Officer for a top Philippine conglomerate, where I worked directly with its CEO. I have also performed as a Management Control Systems Specialist for a productivity improvement company and have taken up Community Development roles for five years. All these are with continued success in meeting business and operation goals which made the spectrum of my experiences substantial and impactful.

My professional capacities are fruits of years of working experience in change management, peace building, process re-engineering, program & project development and management and community building both at grassroots and boardroom levels.
