You may ask about structure. The first few sessions will be different than ongoing sessions. First of all, the first session is free. It is you and I and your frequently asked questions about life coaching, compiled with the questions you never would have thought to ask before the idea of a life coach.

The first session we explore each other, ask the questions the arise, talked about processes and potentially what to expect. Most of all, we ensure we are a compatible match. Rideshare with people who don't share the vibrational frequency of our intentions for our lives can be deeply uncomfortable. We don't want the experience of a life coach to be anything less than a place where vulnerabilities can be exposed.
