About Me

Robert has provided coaching and workshops for many years in both education and corporate settings focussed on productivity, leadership development, work-life balance, wellbeing, stress management and mentoring.
He has trained and coached professionals internationally, working with commercial organizations from the small to largest organizations including Facebook, Google, Airbnb, DAA, Tomra, CAE, Willis Tower Watson, and Central Bank of Ireland.
Robert helps individuals and groups explore the psychological and systemic barriers that prevent clients from reaching their potential.
He offers an understanding of the neurological and biological factors that get in the way of clear decision-making and perceptions, helping clients find solutions and direction, building lasting change.
Robert holds a BA in Psychology, a MA in Psychotherapy, and a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. He is also the Chairman of the EcoPsychology and Ecotherapy Association of Ireland.
