About Me

Coming out as bisexual completely transformed my life and taught me the power of authenticity and self-acceptance. For over thirty years, nothing felt scarier than confronting this aspect of myself — but once I did, I immediately felt the benefits of living fearlessly and without shame. I also realized the toll that my avoidance was taking on my mental health, and I began to apply that wisdom to other areas of my life.

The work I did to come out changed my overall energy and how I showed up with friends, family, partners, and colleagues, transforming my personal life as well as my career. In addition to coaching, I am also a writer and content creator -- I was a staff writer on "Law & Order: SVU" for seven seasons, and after that, by following my own newfound interests and passions, I created the "Two Bi Guys" podcast and wrote a book called "Bisexual Married Men: Stories of Relationships, Acceptance, and Authenticity", published by Routledge in 2023. Through those projects and by sharing my authentic self, I began talking to many men (and their partners) who had similar experiences, helping them navigate and normalize their situations. I realized I was laying the foundations for a coaching practice, and the transition was completely natural.

In 2023, I attended iPEC's 7-month Certified Professional Coach training program, and I've been working with over a dozen clients since early 2024. Though I specialize in helping bisexual and queer men navigate challenges surrounding their identity and relationships, I have coached people of various identities on many different topics, from career roadblocks or family trauma to snacking less or getting more sleep. My coaching philosophy is to follow the client's energy and find out what's blocking YOU -- and then find the best path forward for YOU. Through curiosity and open-ended, empowering questions, I'll help you live life on your terms, holding onto what you believe and want to accomplish.
