About Me
Over 30 years experience in developing people and coaching leadership with very broad sector experience. I've worked with people in every scale of business from micro to multi-national and central government. I'm a fully accredited coach (Corporate Coach International) and a co-lead on various forums with the Association for Coaching.
I also bring an additional expertise that is rarely found in Executive Coaches, having taught the Management of Creativity Innovation and Change on an MBA Program for over 16 years. This means I can help individuals and teams release latent creativity they didn't realise they had - leading to far better outcomes.
I'm known for my good sense of humour and ability to work at all levels.
Key successes have led to $billions of benefit in client organizations and transformational change for leaders.

I was particularly pleased with how you focused from the outset on the unique 'challenges' that face the rather peculiar institution (even by military standards) that is the Joint CBRN Regiment. To be able to tailor your approach to tackle both the lower level issues and higher level processes will be enormously beneficial – both short and long term.
Lt. Col Patrick Kidd - Commanding Officer, Joint CBRN Regiment (UK Armed Forces)
I felt heard, understood and respected by Rob as my coach and we focussed on what I wanted to talk about. Rob's approach is a very good fit for me. He made dealing with the profile feedback very comfortable. An excellent coach who is easy to work with.

I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Rob to other organisations.
John Heaps - Chief Executive, Britannia
We were very happy with the comprehensive approach adopted by Rob from Executive 20:20 to coach and mentor us through the stages to launch of our new business. The patience and good humour made the journey a lot easier and we always knew we could talk about issues as they arose. This helped us create solutions to existing problems and sparked strategic thoughts which accompanied us over years and are still evolving. It also helped us to recognise what needed doing and by whom – and kept us sane. A great series of interventions and we thoroughly recommend others to take advantage of the coaching service.
