With 20 years of experience in leadership, I have empowered countless team members and leaders to achieve great results and thrive in their respective fields.

My journey as a leadership coach began during my successful corporate career where I held executive positions with companies with revenues from 20M to 2B. I’ve had success at all levels, increasing revenues, profits and team engagement. The modern workforce demands better managers, it is vital that leaders bring the best out of the people on their teams. I’ve developed front line Supervisor training programs in Emotional Intelligence and Progressive Discipline, and company wide Employee Engagement programs.

The Leadership Boost Program bumps leaders up to the next level, getting them on the road to greatness. The program is collaborative and results oriented.
