At Touchstone Leadership Coaching, I work with leaders and their teams across Metro Vancouver to improve the way they communicate, build trust, and shape the kind of culture where people can do their best work. The core of my coaching philosophy is simple: when leaders and their teams communicate clearly and build trust intentionally, great results follow.
My path into leadership coaching is grounded in over 25 years of experience sitting at boardroom tables and holding executive roles in companies ranging from $20 million to $2 billion in annual revenue. I’ve led teams, navigated challenges, and delivered strong results across a range of industries. What I came to realize through all of that is this -communication and culture aren’t soft skills; they’re business-critical. That insight now fuels my coaching work, helping leaders see past the noise, remove barriers, and focus on what matters most.
I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coaching Federation and completed the UBC Certificate in Organizational Coaching, equipping me with both academic and practical frameworks to support clients. Whether it’s helping a leader gain confidence in high-stakes conversations, or supporting a team to work through tension and come out stronger on the other side, I approach each engagement with curiosity, clarity, and care.
