About Me

My journey with coaching and mentoring people especially women started fifteen years ago being part of the health and wellness industry during which I was a manager and a consultant for several centers. I became certified and launched my own practice it's been eight years during which I have witnessed life transformations of women who were striving and pursuing their health on all levels , wellbeing and happiness. It was an honor to accompany each unique woman client by offering that well needed time and space to reflect , evaluate, stay inspired / motivated and attain that clarity needed so her goals become a reality in each area or dimension of life. This allowed her to bring balance and justice to every aspect and person in her life without feeling like she missed out or neglected any vital area.
