My goals isn't to fix people, but to work alongside my clients in a collaborative way; to help them discover their true authentic selves and uncover their true potential.I believe experiences are what shape a person's character, thus playing a vital role in the creation of our life stories. This belief is what aids each client in the discovery of their purpose and meaning in life.
I have worked with individuals from a variety of diverse backgrounds; and have successfully helped Individuals identify and work through problematic areas in their life. In order to accomplish this, I believe in embracing my client's individuality by utilizing their strengths and passions and finding ways to incoporate them within each session. I have been successful in helping individuals grow and live an overall healthy lifestyle and find balance. Additinally, I help entreprenurs build and grow their businesses!
