I am a former Zen Buddhist monk, having spent 7 years in monasteries in Japan, Thailand, Burma, and California. I combine my knowledge of ancient wisdom traditions with a modern Western approach to help clients identify what they want to stand for in life, what's getting in the way of a rich, full, and meaningful life, and how to overcome those obstacles. At the core of what I teach is how to open up, be present, and do what matters.
