About Me

I knew I wanted to do psychology from a very early age. Going to university (the first in my family) meant more than just a dream come true. It meant that I have the opportunity to be the change. I worked as au pair, personal educator, life coach, psycho-education specialist and as a parent coach. I completed my honors degree in 2006 at University of Pretoria.
I did my Teaching English as a Foreign Language certification because I wanted to travel. But I had to halt because twins were on their way! Unfortunately I spent 3 months in hospital. I have Cystic Fibrosis and the pregnancy was high risk and difficult. But we made world history with their birth. I stayed at home and took care of my babies and then... I heard of coaching!
I started with International Coach Academy in 2009 and completed my CPC in 2011. I am 'n member of Coaches and Mentors of South Africa. I fell in love with the dynamic, fast pace coaching entails. I chose family, relationship and life coaching as my niche areas. I firmly believe that we have to have healthy relationships beginning with a good relationship with yourself, then your partner, then your children and then family synergy will follow. This synergy will take an individual well into an unknown future with stresses accompanying it.
Relationships can change. They are like clay ready to be defined and molded. I've seen too often how an individual hampers his/her own progress, how partners ruin each other without intention or knowledge of it and how family makes or breaks a person.
