About Me
I founded Rick Harrigan Coaching under the guiding principles of promoting Power, Passion and Purpose as the keys to a successful, joyful, and fulfilling life and career. These principles can propel you and your career to new heights of success and create limitless possibilities for creation, productivity and joy.
I ran the gauntlet of the corporate world for 20+ years doing sales and biz dev in the high-octane world of corporate entertainment in Los Angeles but I was deeply unhappy, dissatisfied and flat-out burnt-out....but I was fortunate enough to take the reins of my life and career and enjoy what I like to call mid-life awakening rather than a mid-life crisis. Thus, I've walked through the fires of mid-career change....and I've come out the other side feeling completely empowered, passionate and purposeful in my new role as a coach, consultant and entrepreneur. I want to pay forward my experience, passion and knowledge by helping others take similar bold action and rejuvenate their lives and careers!
I'm also equally passionate about helping people in their 20's and 30's identify their power, passion and purpose at an early stage of their lives to ensure that they don't go down the wrong path or "tread water" for 20 years before figuring things out....or never really figuring things out at all.
