About Me

Richard is the founder of Rich Coaching & Associates, an agency dedicated to increasing performance and the human potential through the Designed Leadership program. His philosophy is that as people, we become at our natural best when we are able connect deep into our own humanity. With his background in psychology, Gestalt, team coaching, EQ facilitation, and training with the Coaches Training Institute, Richard can be fun, out-of-the-box, serious, and provocative.

Richard has more than 15 years of working experience in the food and beverage industry, specializing in culinary product research & development and consulting. As an advocate of sustainability and belief in minimizing food wastage, Richard is also a co-founder of UglyFood, a social enterprise that aims to use cosmetically rejected food into nutritious whole food products.
