Who I Am (Since You Asked)

I’ve spent my career in high-performance environments, managing teams of 100+ at Amazon and spending six years at Google across tech, product, partnerships, and client services. While I come from a tech and product background, I’ve spent the last decade coaching and consulting across multiple industries - helping leaders and teams scale, from the fastest-growing startups in Europe to Fortune 500 companies.

I’m Australian, spent a decade in London, and now live in Luxembourg with my wife, our three kids, and my wonderful mother-in-law. I know what it’s like to navigate big career moves, burnout, Adult ADHD, expat life, and cross-cultural relationships. I’ve had my share of success and failure, and through it all, I’ve learned that growth isn’t just about working harder - it’s about working smarter, deeper, and in alignment with what actually matters to you.
