About Me

I've always had a passion for people and their well-being. I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to help with my own healing journey. About halfway through I was inspired to attend Yoga Teacher Training as a form of movement and meditation. After graduating, I received training at all three levels for Reiki, a form of energy healing, and now hold a Master Certification. These three modalities helped change my life, so I knew they could help others, too. Together they allow me to assist my clients in a holistic manner and help them obtain healing of mind and body.

I use an intuitive and integrative approach to bring all aspects of your life into alignment. Together we will develop a personalized plan using sustainable strategies to propel you on a lifelong journey of success.
