About Me

I AM a silly optimistic hippie that loves to dream and make others smile. I can be serious, sassy and spiritually "zenned" out all at once. I meditate a lot and that's not because I crave it every minute (although I love it) it's actually because I have 4 children and a husband which = 5. I love to laugh, people often say that my laugh is contagious, which is a good thing since I'm in the business of making people happy. I am also a Certified Spiritual & Transitional Life Coach, I have spent over 7 years of helping women and teens discover their truth, heal from their past and Create more rewarding and fulfilling lives. Trust me, getting to this point in life took some serious shaking up of my own life. It was through my own life's experiences such as bouts of deep depression, abuse, poverty and not feeling good enough that I began questioning the purpose and meaning of life. My curiosity lead me on a quest for truth, inner peace and pure happiness. During my journey I began to peel back some much needed layers of mess that was no longer wanted and I started to do my Life's work and heal from my past.

Through my healing I found passion and purpose and for the first time in my life....everything began to make sense. My past became my resume for helping others. I had to face my truth and heal from the pain that I suppressed so that I could live out my calling, and help to heal others and share the Light of truth and peace that we all have access to. I wanted to share this wisdom and joy with others, so they too can find their authentic self and begin their own journeys so in I 2009; I opened ButterFlyy Coaching. I never feel like I'm working, I have never had a day that I had to drag myself out of bed and go see a client. I have worked with 100's of teens and women and I still get excited every time I book an appointment just like I did when I got my first client.
