About Me

When I worked in corporate America, I led the largest equine pharmaceutical company in the world. I spent many years leading teams, developing talent and managing all of my fiduciary responsibilities. We need the next generation of leaders and I’m particularly interested in helping women and diverse candidates prepare for roles of greater responsibility. and to do so while adding more JOY and balance to their lives. I am also keenly interested in helping existing leaders develop more emotional intelligence, empathy, and the currency they will need to lead teams well in this post-pandemic world.
