About Me

Hi my name is Rehana and I am a life and business coach at Positive Strides!

For my life coaching clients: I believe that we always want to be a better version of ourselves, live fulfilling lives, and accomplish goals we set out for ourselves. Sometimes, even though we want all of these things we can find that our day-to-day responsibilities, mental blocks, and lack of time always keeps us from getting there. I can promise you that with my help you fill find a way to break through and achieve more that you could ever imagine on your own!

For my business clients: I am an Industrial Organizational Psychologist that is trained in finding solutions for challenges in the workplace. Some areas that I am trained in are leadership and team development, assessment, and training and development. I provide customized consulting solutions and support their inception through coaching. I also work with leaders to improve communication, increase employee engagement and productivity, and to achieve cohesiveness within teams.

A little about me: I hold a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology and am currently accruing my hours for my ICF designation. I consult for several companies in the Calgary area.

My goals: To help ensure that businesses are functioning at peak performance and that employees are both motivated and engaged. I want to help people achieve all their life goals and aspirations so that they are continually moving forward.
