About Me

Are you feeling stuck and wishing to move forward and redefine your passion in life? I got you! I have 15 years of experience working in the mental health field as a coach, primarily guiding adults. My passion is to help others in various ways and provide high-quality, amazing services, which include:

• Supporting individuals through mental health and wellness

I enjoy and am skilled in working primarily with male clients who are struggling and need advice/guidance or coaching while working through abstract thinking processes and turning them into something concrete and actionable. Sometimes, our emotions come out in anger, and before we work through this, we need to figure out how they got there and why. Once we figure out the root of the problem, we can work through overcoming challenges in life while continuing to manage and address mental well-being.

When working with me, you will find that we uncover some underlying issues that could be contributing to feeling stuck and navigating our way through this. I enjoy supporting individuals by asking questions and coming up with achievable goals. We can work on both short-term and long-term goals, and we can adjust and shift things to ensure you are getting the most out of the services.

Throughout life, I have been through many difficulties, and resiliency has played a vital role. I want nothing more than to share my abilities with others by empowering them to turn challenges into triumphs and redefine life.
