About Me

My business, Whole Family Life Coaching and Consulting provides support to families and is a resource to organization working with families. I believe that each member of the family must be supported in order for the family unit to flourish. I am passionate about working with families with children with special needs by helping them navigate the emotional diagnosis and treatment process, helping military families by supporting military spouses embrace life circumstances and set personal goals, and working with teens around career choice and decision making. I have a MSc in Child Development, am a Certified Coach Practitioner from the Certified Coaches Federation and have many years experience EMPOWERING families as an Early Interventionist, MENTORING colleagues through a program called Roots of Empathy, and EDUCATING in the field of child development at the university and college levels. As a Life Coach my expertise lies in helping people identify what their goals are and creating a direct path to achieving those goals by removing roadblocks and providing a clear vision.
