My approach:

As a holistic life coach, I see all clients as whole, complete, and resourceful to find and create their own solutions to their current problems and desires. We do this through collaboration in a coaching partnership that supports you in finding your own awareness and insights on next steps.

I take an inside-out approach to coaching, looking to address what needs to happen on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of your well-being.

About me:

After ten years of climbing the corporate ladder and a lifetime of trying to please everyone and be perfect, I was struggling and hiding behind a cheerful exterior. I hit my breaking point in 2019.


Through lots of self-discovery, introspection, and help, I've now reconnected with my authentic self. This led me to become a Holistic Life Coach, and I’m currently working towards my International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC accreditation.
